What areas do you serve and how quickly can care start?
We serve Austin, Pflugerville, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Georgetown, Hutto, Leander and surrounding communities. We can typically schedule a free care assessment within 24 to 48 hours, and care can begin shortly after depending on your needs.
Are your caregivers trained, background-checked and insured?
Yes. Every caregiver goes through background screening and professional training, and is bonded and insured. A licensed nurse supervises care and conducts regular assessments
What if my loved one's care needs change?
We plan for change from day one. We monitor clients closely and adjust the care plan as needs evolve, so you never have to start over with a new agency.
How does pricing work, and is home care covered by insurance?
Pricing is customized after a free in-home consultation and depends on hours, type of care and need. Many families also use veterans' benefits, long-term care insurance, or Medicaid programs. Call 512-358-6229 and we will walk you through the options.
Can we request a specific caregiver or switch if it is not a good fit?
Yes. We match caregivers by personality, skills and your loved one's preferences. If it is not the right fit, we will work with you to find someone who is.
